We are therefore excited to share that on June 6, 2022, we are migrating Arcot to our new Unified Service Status platform. Some of the highlights include a single website; single subscription workflow; and an improved user experience. For further details click here.

    Resolved - Arcot confirms that the earlier noticed EMV3DS transaction failures has been resolved and we are not noticing these in our transaction health monitoring any more. We are awaiting further updates on the details of this issue from MasterCard and with this update we are marking the incident as resolved while we would continue to monitor the transactions closely.

    Identified - Arcot has noticed a spike in challenge transaction failures for EMV3DS and our initial investigation are confirming that there is a ongoing outage with Mastercard 3DS server and their teams are actively working to resolve the problem.

    There is no impact noticed for 3DS 1.x transactions and we shall get back to you with further update by 0830 GMT

    Resolved - From 2200 GMT to 0115 GMT, an Arcot SMS OTP vendor experienced network connectivity issues impacting the cardholder journey. Cardholders were unable to authenticate during the challenge flow and complete their 3D Secure transactions.

    3DS 1.0 and EMV3DS transactions were impacted. For information about how this impacted your portfolio, please raise a case with Technical Support. We are following up with our OTP vendor to obtain an RCA.
