Scheduled - Arcot will be performing planned maintenance activity between 0100 GMT and 0300 GMT, 20 June 2021.
During this time, teams will be performing standard database archival and cleanup activities.

As a part of this change window, Arcot will also be upgrading a network device that could impact transaction processing for a subset of Issuer portfolios intermittently between 0200 GMT and 0230 GMT.

Clarifying further, the impact will be observed only for challenge transactions where we have VPN communication between the Arcot ACS and Issuer backend systems and is expected to recover automatically.
Frictionless transactions for such Issuers and transactions for Issuers whose solution does not involve VPN should see no impact during this time.

Teams shall be closely monitoring service performance during this period.

Resolved - We observed an increase in 3DS 1.0.2 transaction failures between 0533 GMT to 0536 GMT. The failures resulted in transaction status Unavailable and appear to have been caused by internal system issue.
Service is fully recovered and stable now.

EMV3DS transactions were not impacted in this duration.
