Resolved - Earlier today, 24 September 2021, Arcot confirms that there were high failures noticed for EMV3DS Challenge transactions between 0657 to 0704 GMT for Visa. Connections to Visa were being refused by the card scheme. Traffic returned to normal without any explicit recovery actions and a ticket has been opened with Visa for further investigation.

We have confirmed that our platform remained fully operational and can confirm no impact to other card schemes or transaction activities.

During this time, teams will be performing monthly database archival, software updates for the Network components, firmware update for storage devices and standard patching for DNS servers.

No impact is expected to Arcot services in this maintenance window. Teams shall be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
